Barcelona, Madrid, Berlin and Paris travel articles

The next Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week edition, the former Pasarela Cibeles, will take place from 18th to the 23rd of February in Feria de Madrid, where we could see the fashion proposals for the 2010/2011 Autumn-Winter.

The lucky visitors who came to this great fashion event could enjoy seeing the main showcase for Spanish creation, involving 51 designers who, with their diverse stylish proposals, will evidence the creative heterogeneousness of fashion in our country. They will be joined by almost 30 young designers who will be showing their collections in the EL EGO showroom, a space with direct retail sales for the whole time that Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week is on.

The block of fashion shows of the so-called venerated designers will be opened by its creator, Jesús del Pozo, on Friday, February 19th, with some others prestigious names such as Francis Montesinos, Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada, Victorio & Lucchino, Elio Berhanyer, Roberto Verino and Adolfo Domínguez.
Without a doubt, it would be hard to make a decision of which fashion show to choose.
We propose some other collections you can’t miss at all: Hannibal Laguna, Amaya Arzuaga and Roberto Torreta (February 20th ); Lydia Delgado, (next day) or controversial David Delfin, Sita Murt or TCN (February 22nd ).

Fashion bloggers
Another new feature in this Cibeles edition is the creation of a space with a name of its own for the most renowned fashion bloggers: the so-called Asus BloggerSpace. This selection of the most frequently-visited fashion bloggers will have a permanent presence during this fashion Week from where, with the immediacy and special perspective that characterises them, they will divulge their points of view to their community of virtual followers.

If you are also a fashion victim and don’t want to miss the new trends, book Apartments in Madrid and come over to Cibeles. Definitely, you won’t be old-fashioned, will you? Take note and update your wardrobe!
