2009 couldn’t have given anymore and if we weigh up what happened last year, words like financial crisis or influenza A pass through our head. But not all have been negative things; this year has left us many smiles, surprises and a really good taste in our mouths: the new Michelin Star Restaurants in Spain guide has been released. So what does this mean? That it has submitted the list of the best culinary establishments in the country for 2010… It is well known that Spain is famous for its delicious Mediterranean cuisine. In fact the Londoners awards S. Pellegrino – announcing the 50 Best Restaurants in the World, awarded first place to a Spanish restaurant: el Bulli.
